Firstly, you will need to contact your electricity provider (Energex in Brisbane) to determine if three phase power is available in your street. Energex will also be required to upgrade the existing meters to three phase meters in your meterbox. Electrical Results will upgrade the wiring from your point of attachment (either a pillar box or overhead cable) and also upgrade your switchboard and meterbox to three phase equivalents and balance the load across the three phases.
